How do I find out more information on the item I wish to purchase?

We aim to provide you with all the information and specifications of our products on our listings however if you require any other information please feel free to contact us at customerservice@spreester.com.au for more information.

Do you have telephone support?

We do not have phone support at the moment. However, we do endeavour to reply to all emails within 1 business day. We do understand that sometimes it can be frustrating to wait for a reply. In order to keep our costs down we can only provide email support for the time being. Should you have further enquiries please feel free to email us at customerservice@spreester.com.au, one of our staff will be happy to assist you.

How do I know if the products I want to order are in stock?

We strive to keep all items in stock at all times. Products are clearly labelled as “In stock” or “Out of stock” on the product page. However like all retail businesses, sometimes we can run out of stock, find damaged stock or errors with the stock levels in our inventory system. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. Should there be any kind of unexpected delay with your order, we will upgrade your order to Express for free to speed up the delivery time (in most cases).

What currency are the prices on Spreester?

All prices quoted on the Spreester website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Do prices include GST (Sales Tax)?

All prices on the Spreester website include GST which is applicable to all Australian orders. GST is subtracted for international orders.

How long do I have to pay for an item?

We prefer to have payment when you checkout or asap, if you wish to pay at a later date please contact us.

Do you offer combined shipping discount?

You can add your items to the cart to see a calculated shipping rate.

How do I redeem my Spreester coupon?

Coupons can be redeemed on the shopping cart page before commencing checkout. Enter your coupon code and click the ‘Apply Coupon’ button.

What happens after I’ve placed my order, do I receive a confirmation?

Once you’ve completed the checkout process you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive an email confirming when your order has been despatched which will include your tracking number.

Can I cancel or change my order including changing my address?

As long as we haven’t despatched your order, we should be able to cancel or change your order. Please contact us asap at customerservice@spreester.com.au to ensure this is possible. Please check all details when checking out to avoid any mistakes.

Do I have to create an account?

It is not required, however by creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more.
